Rostov-on-Don, Russia / September 2, 2025 — Overnight, a Ukrainian drone attack struck the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, igniting fires on apartment roofs and forcing over 300 residents to evacuate their homes.

According to regional acting governor Yuri Slyusar, debris from a downed drone smoldered atop a residential building, prompting an immediate evacuation of around 320 people. Three individuals—including a child—suffered minor injuries during the incident. www.ndtv.com
